I. About the Program

The 2025 Korea-Vietnam Glocal Open Innovation Program In Tien Giang is an ESG Living Lab program that applies global technologies to solve local problems. We bring together the local community, solution users, startups, SMEs, universities, experts, investors, and government bodies to co-develop and implement solutions.

This is an opportunity for Proof-of-Concept (PoC) platforms to develop technology and business models by cooperating with local companies. The program brings breakthrough technologies, helping to improve the quality of life, and supporting economic development in Tien Giang.

III. Objectives of the Program

Identifying Local Partners and Conducting Proof-of-Concept (PoC) Tests to Solve Issues in the Vietnam Region.

• Conduct preparatory activities with partners, including market research, R&D, and PoC testbeds to verify technology/business models, as well as research on localized business models.
• Build a global industry-academia collaboration system to support PoC activities for technology/business model verification of Korean and Vietnamese companies through cooperation with local universities.
• Support sales expansion by achieving outcomes based on successful PoC case studies addressing regional issues in Tien Giang, Vietnam.
• Strengthen Industry-University Collaboration: Build partnerships in research and development (R&D).
